What is included in the online shop

For us an online shop is not "a catalogue with nice photos" but the whole selling chain: the customer finds the product, adds it to the cart, picks delivery, pays, and you see the order in Telegram the same minute. Here is what 200 000 ֏ gets you:

  • Catalogue with categories, filters (price, size, colour, brand) and search by name.
  • Product page: several photos, description, price, sizes and variants (the same T-shirt in three colours), stock level.
  • Cart and checkout: name, phone, address, comment. No registration, no extra fields.
  • Payment: IDram, EasyPay, bank card through the payment gateway of Ameriabank or another bank, or cash on delivery. You choose what you need now; the rest can be added later.
  • Delivery: courier in Yerevan, regions (Haypost or a service of your choice), pickup from your shop. Each option has its own price and timing, plus a free-delivery threshold.
  • Admin panel: order list with statuses (new, delivering, done), stock tracking, price and product changes without a developer.
  • Telegram notification for every order: items, total, the customer's phone.

On top of that, everything every one of our websites has: an .am domain in your name, hosting and SSL for the first year, a mobile version, the basics for Google, and free fixes during the first month.

Who it is for

An online shop is usually ordered by people who already sell on Instagram and are tired of answering "how much" and "do you have my size" in DMs.

  • Clothes and shoes: sizes, colours, stock per variant.
  • Cosmetics and skincare: filter by brand and type, repeat purchases.
  • Flowers: order for a time and address, prepaid.
  • Handmade and designer goods: an artist's shop where every item is one of a kind.
  • Food and sweets: cakes, pastries, preserves, ordered in advance.
  • Books, electronics accessories: a large catalogue where search and filters do the work.
  • A café or kitchen taking delivery orders: menu, cart, payment, without an aggregator's commission.

If you have few products, 10–20 items, and orders are rare, you may need not a shop but a business website with an order form, or a landing page. Write to us and we will tell you honestly.

How the work goes

  1. Day 0 — you write to us. Telegram, WhatsApp or a call. We ask what you sell, how many products there are, which payment and delivery options you need. The same day you get a fixed price and deadline in writing.
  2. Day 1 — design and structure. You pick one of our ready designs (there is a shop design too) or describe your own. We agree on the categories and the product page fields.
  3. Days 2–4 — catalogue and cart. We enter the products from your spreadsheet, build the filters, the cart and the checkout form. You see the site at an online address.
  4. Days 5–6 — payment and delivery. We connect IDram, EasyPay or the card gateway to your accounts, set up the delivery options and the Telegram notification. We place a test order from start to finish.
  5. Days 7–8 — launch. On your domain, with SSL and Google Search Console. We show you the admin panel: orders, stock, prices.

The clock starts when the product list and photos are with us. In our experience most of the time goes into the products, not the code.

What an online shop costs

Item Price
Online shop (catalogue, cart, admin panel, up to 5 pages) 200 000 ֏
Online payments: IDram, EasyPay, card +48 000 ֏
Large catalogue (hundreds of products, variants) +36 000 ֏
Blog +24 000 ֏
Logo +36 000 ֏
Extra language +45 000 ֏
Extra page 12 000 ֏

In the base price orders arrive in Telegram and payment is cash on delivery; many shops start exactly like that. Maintenance is optional, 18 000 ֏ per month, and the shop keeps working without it. You can price your own setup in the calculator. Payment is 50% at the start and 50% when the shop is live on your domain and the first test order has gone through.

What we need from you

  • Product list in Excel or Google Sheets: name, price, short description, category, sizes or variants, stock.
  • Photos: 2–3 per product, ideally on one background. Phone photos work too if the light is good.
  • Delivery rules: which zones, at what price, how fast, free from what amount.
  • Payment account: an IDram or EasyPay business account, opened in your name (you need a tax ID and a bank account). Apply now: it takes a few days, and the money goes straight to you.
  • Return policy in one paragraph: customers look for it before paying.

If something is missing, descriptions for example, we write them for a separate fee.

A shop or selling through Instagram

Both. Instagram is your shop window, where people see you and follow you. The shop is where they buy. What the shop solves that Instagram does not:

  • Google. When someone searches "white sneakers 42", they find websites, not Instagram pages.
  • Prices are visible. No "price in DM" and no lost customers who did not want to write.
  • Orders at night. The customer orders at 11 pm; in the morning you see it already paid.
  • No DM ping-pong. Size, colour, address, payment: everything is in the order, not in ten messages.
  • Stock in one place. What is sold is deducted automatically, so you never sell the same item to two people.

Put the shop link in your Instagram bio and link a specific product page from stories. The shop and Instagram work together, not instead of each other.

Frequently asked questions

What does "online khanut" mean?

It is Armenian for "online shop" typed in Latin letters: "khanut" (խանութ) means shop. Many people in Armenia search Google this way without an Armenian keyboard, so we write the phrase both ways. The service is the same: building an online shop from the first message to the first order.

Which online payments work in Armenia?

IDram is the most widespread and EasyPay is a good addition: in both the customer pays from the app and the money lands in your business account. Card payment (a gateway from Ameriabank, ArCa or another bank) needs a contract with the bank and is worth adding once orders are steady. Cash on delivery is the simplest start, and many shops begin with IDram plus cash.

Can I start without online payment?

Yes. In the base shop orders arrive in Telegram and payment is cash on delivery. We add IDram or cards later without rebuilding the site.

How many products can I add?

The base price suits a few dozen products; a large catalogue (hundreds of items, size and colour variants) is +36 000 ֏. After launch you add products yourself in the admin panel, with no limit on quantity.

Where do I see the orders?

In the admin panel: as a list with statuses and customer details, and every new order also arrives as a Telegram message. Stock goes down automatically when an item is sold.

How long does it take and how do I pay?

6–8 working days from the moment the product list and photos are with us. Payment is 50% at the start and 50% when the shop is live on your domain and the test order has gone through.
