Who needs a website built (and who does not)
This page is for businesses with no website yet: the business runs, Instagram is kept up, but whoever types your name into Google finds nothing, or a competitor. Website creation from scratch closes that gap: an address of your own, independent of any feed algorithm.
Who genuinely needs a website:
- A café, restaurant or bakery. People search "café Komitas" and want the menu with prices first.
- A salon, nail or hair studio. Services, prices, a booking button.
- A dental practice or clinic. On health, people trust a website more than a story.
- A shop. Past twenty products, "price in DM" starts losing buyers.
- A tour agency or guesthouse. Guests search in English or Russian before arriving, on Google, not Instagram.
- A tradesperson or car service. The call comes from a "near me" search.
- A consultant, accountant, lawyer or tutor. Your CV, working around the clock.
And who does not? If customers come only by word of mouth and you cannot take more orders anyway, a website can wait. If you are still testing the idea, start with Instagram and return in a month or two. Whether Instagram is enough in your case we answer in the first conversation.
What pages a good website is made of
The commonest mistake in a site built from scratch is ten pages, seven of which nobody opens. A small business needs four:
- Home. In two seconds: what you do, where you are, how to reach you. One photo, one sentence, a call button.
- Services or menu, with prices. Without prices the page is half done: the visitor goes to the competitor who shows them.
- About. Who you are, where, for how long, why you. A real photo, not a stock smile.
- Contact. Map, opening hours, a number that dials with one tap, a Viber or WhatsApp button.
Which pages your business actually needs
- Café: home, menu, contact. Three pages; the menu you change yourself in the admin panel.
- Clinic: home, services with prices, doctors, contact. The doctors page builds trust.
- Salon: home, services with prices, photos of work, contact with a booking button.
- Shop: catalogue, product page, cart, delivery and payment, contact. That is an online shop, priced separately.
- One service or offer: a single page with everything on it. That is a landing page.
How the website is created from zero: 5 steps
- Day 0: a message. You write on Telegram or WhatsApp what the business is and what you have. We reply within an hour with a page list for your case.
- Day 1: price and domain. Price and timeline fixed in writing, 50% paid. The same day we check that your .am address is free and register it in your name.
- Days 1–2: design and material. You pick from our ready designs, switching colour and font to your brand, and send text and photos, or we write the text.
- Days 2–6: build. The site opens at a temporary address; you check every page on your phone and say what to change. Corrections happen as we go.
- Days 3–7: launch. The site goes to your domain with SSL, Search Console is connected, a ten-minute call shows you the admin panel, and you pay the remaining 50%.
A landing page takes 3–4 days, a business site 4–6, a shop 6–8. The usual delay is material, not the build.
What to prepare before we start
Put this list in one Telegram message and the website starts the same day:
- The business name, as it should appear on the site and in the domain.
- A phone number that is actually answered, plus Viber/WhatsApp.
- Address and opening hours, for the map and Google.
- Services or products with prices. If the price "depends", write "from…".
- A logo, if you have one. If not, the name in a good typeface is enough to start.
- 5–10 photos: the place, the work, the team. Daylight phone shots beat stock.
- Who writes the text. You: five sentences per page. Us: 6 000 ֏ per page.
What is already on Instagram we collect ourselves, given a link or access.
What website creation costs
| Website | Price | Timeline |
|---|---|---|
| Landing page (1 page) | 100 000 ֏ | 3–4 days |
| Business website (up to 5 pages) | 150 000 ֏ | 4–6 days |
| Online shop | 200 000 ֏ | 6–8 days |
| Extra page | 12 000 ֏ | — |
| Extra language | 45 000 ֏ | — |
The price includes the domain in your name, hosting and SSL for the first year, the admin panel and the Google basics. Maintenance is optional, 18 000 ֏ a month; the site keeps working without it. Price your pages and add-ons in the calculator; what goes into every site is on the web development page.
After the website is live
Going live is the start. In the first 2–6 weeks Google crawls the pages and starts showing them: first for your name, then for searches like "dentist Arabkir". To speed that up:
- Google Search Console. Connected on launch day, sitemap submitted, so Google does not wait to find you.
- Google Business Profile. Your card on the map: hours, photos, reviews. We help register it and link it to the site; most "near me" calls come from here.
- Keep prices current. An outdated price is worse than none; it changes in a minute in the admin panel.
- Put the address in your Instagram bio. Instagram stays; it now leads to your address, not the other way round.
First-month corrections are free. A month in, Search Console shows which words bring people to you, and from there the site works on its own.
